Hallelujah. א Happy are those who fear GOD,who are ardently devoted to God’s commandments.

ג Their descendants will be mighty in the land,ד a blessed generation of the upright.

ה Wealth and riches are in their house,ו and their beneficence lasts forever.

ז A light shines for the upright in the darkness; gracious, compassionate, and beneficent.

ח ט All goes well with those who lend generously,יwho conduct affairs with equity.

כ They shall never be shaken;לthe beneficent will be remembered forever.

מ They are not afraid of evil tidings;נtheir heart is firm, they trust in GOD.

ס Their heart is resolute, they are unafraid;עin the end they will see the fall of their foes.

פ They give freely to the poor;צtheir beneficence lasts forever; קtheir horn is exalted in honor.

ר The wicked shall see it and be vexed;שthey shall gnash their teeth; their courage shall fail.תThe desire of the wicked shall come to nothing.
